My car looked amazing after it was repaired! Quick turnaround as well!
I had a great experience with Accurate Auto Body. My Rivian was in for a fairly straightforward repair, but the other party’s insurance company was incredibly difficult to work with. Justin and Randy went above and beyond to make the process as smooth as possible. The quality of the repair is exceptional — the car looks brand new. Even when the insurance company shorted the final bill by a couple hundred dollars, they covered the difference without hesitation. Truly excellent service. Highly recommend!
I chose Accurate based on their high ratings but was disappointed by the unprofessional customer service and unexpected out-of-pocket costs. After waiting a month just for an estimate, I went to another shop that completed both the estimate and repairs within three weeks at no extra charge. I suggest checking other repair shops before spending your time and money here.
Justin, Randy, and the entire Accurate Auto Body team treated my wife and I with exceptional service when we brought out Tesla Y in for repairs. They worked seamlessly with our Allstate insurance and were always in constant contact with me the entire way. I now have my vehicle back and it looks and feels as if it's brand new all over again. I highly recommend Accurate.
