Fantastic all the way through. They are one of a few Rivian repair shops in the Puget Sound. They negotiated with the Insurance company and made the process simple. I highly recommend.
Best place to go to if you own a Tesla
VERY late and VERY over budget. Terrible communication, really hard to understand why they aren't releasing your vehicle. Car came back with stains that weren't there before and they didn't replace all the trim parts they should have. I would complain and send it back but I can't afford to be without a car for another 6 months (when they only estimated 2 months). I'm only giving them 2 stars because they technically finished the job.
