I hold a license in real property appraisal. My wife and I are attempting to refinance our home. We live in a great neighborhood where homes routinely sell within a few weeks of listing. I was puzzled that 5 comps were chosen to appraise our home. I was furious when I found the appraisal from this company came in below our mass appraised value.
