Just found one of their assessors standing in my garden bed on top of all the irrigation and trampling plants. The guy looked like he was going to jump the fence instead of just going to the gate. Stay on the walkways or grass. It’s common sense, jerkoffs.
This Assessor is very helpful, informative and responsive. They Assess a lot of communities. Their data is easy to access and if something isn't available, you can always email them directly. We typically receive a response the same day of our requests for information.
The online property information records are missing important information such as: Sketch, Photos, and Zoning information. Most other assessors provide this information, Accurate is one of the few who do not. Every single property record: "The sketch for this property has not yet been processed." "Yet" implies that it will be processed, So, when will the sketch be processed?
Terrible to work with. Condescending, unhelpful and horrible on correspondence.
