We have had both Kenny and his associate, Russ, come out to fix our old Maytag dryer when we thought it was on its last legs. Both times, Kenny/Russ came out quickly, and we felt it was a fair price. Same day completion. They were both very nice and knowledgeable. We appreciate them.
Ken Never shows on time and never calls to say he’s late. He fixed one thing but broke another and it took him months to respond and come back. Nice guy, terrible and unreliable repairman. Carl was great. Miss him
I contacted Accurate Appliance regarding my Dryer. I received a return call and was able to appoint for the next day. Carl was prompt and courteous.He quickly diagnosed the issue ,but had to order the part. I was told it would arrive in about 4 days. Luckily the part arrived the next day and Carl was able to install it. I didn't have to wait,and thrilled that I could dry my laundry 🧺. Very reasonable price,and professional service.
Carl and Accurate Appliance have helped me out so much with my condo repairs. I’ve had a washer and dishwasher issue over the years and Carl came out same day and fixed them quickly and affordably. He talks you through what went wrong and will help anyone like me who is not savvy at all with appliances. I cannot recommend these guys enough!
He doesn't work on stackable washer dryers says its cuz of his age. He then called me back upset because I left him a 2 star review and said he knows "where I live" so be careful this guy like to threaten women.
