I left a message through their website and DIDN'T get contacted. Call Hub Appliance, they ARE responsive.
I called John about a problem with my refrigerator, leaving him a voicemail message. He got back to me on the same day and was interested in hearing about the problem. I had told him what I thought the issue might be based on googling it, but he said he had his doubts that that was the actual issue. (I thought for sure I had found the problem....wrong!)
