Accurate alarm was recommended by our townhouse complex as he services most of the residents. Ed is always available to troubleshoot with you over the phone first as well as send his guys out promptly if you need a service call. The best part is Ed answers the phone himself. You do not get stuck in a queue on a phone call as most business are operating today. I can’t recommend accurate enough .
Accurate Alarm is the best, very knowledgeable and helpful with my alarm and fire system. Ed has been in the alarm business since 1981, and his vast knowledge is amazing. Lead technician Nick is also extremely knowledgeable and had my system installed and up in running within hours. Very friendly and quick turnaround with service and any questions also. I would recommend them for all your security needs.
Ed and his team are wonderful and incredibly helpful even years after the alarm system is installed.
