No response to telephone inquiry. There is no excuse for that!
Unlike some other comments we have found this company to provide excellent, honest, and timely service to us even though they did not even install our heat pump (wish they had).
The ladies in the office are absolutely fantastic. And I call this company over 2 months. Waiting for the technician to get back to me and nothing. I tried calling them 6 times which is 5 more than I normally do with no response. I left messages each time and no one got back to me. I definitely would not recommend this company.
Good service. Able to do what others said couldn't be done.
