Dr Hein, and her staff are amazing. This was my 3rd set of implants because I had one rupture from a previous surgeon. She fixed all my issues, recovery was amazing, I was up and about the next day! Dr. Hein came recommended to me from a coworker. When I arrived for consultation my appt had been inadvertently cancelled without informing me. The staff was very apologetic and Dr. Hein happened to be in the office for an administrative day. She kindly made the exception and added me to her schedule as the cancelation was not my fault. I witnessed how Dr. Hein treats patients, and it was shocking. She was hostile, unprofessional, and refused to answer any basic medical questions. Dr Hein shouted over her patient for over 20 minutes and denied suture removal, responding in a demeaning and aggressive tone. The staff was disorganized constantly giving conflicting information. AVOID this clinic; patients deserve respectful and professionalism, not hostility.
