Dr Hein, and her staff are amazing. This was my 3rd set of implants because I had one rupture from a previous surgeon. She fixed all my issues, recovery was amazing, I was up and about the next day! Dr. Hein came recommended to me from a coworker. When I arrived for consultation my appt had been inadvertently cancelled without informing me. The staff was very apologetic and Dr. Hein happened to be in the office for an administrative day. She kindly made the exception and added me to her schedule as the cancelation was not my fault.
