Caveat emptor. Accurate Accounting has no website or pay portal for HOAs/COAs. The whole operation is technologically behind the times and incredibly unprofessional in addition to being a faux and unconcerned "property manager". Although a legal agent, Joan Greene is not a real estate broker and not authorized by Florida law to act as a property manager. If you are a COA/HOA, she won't communicate and be transparent with your board of directors, specifically the treasurer.
Dishonest, unethical and incompetent
No idea how to manage larger communities. If the HOA you’re looking at uses these people, RUN!
They are wonderful. Joan handles our condo accounts, she also does our taxes. They also handle our personal things.
Accurate Accounting by far hands down the best company we have had the pleasure working with always professional and prompt.
