Accurate A/C Appliace was sent to my house through my extended warranty company to repair my washer,which at that time the washer was still usable. A guy named David came out,he said the washer was unbalanced and he had to order parts. He came back supposedly changed parts and the computer.He never tested the washer to see if it worked,he just said if it don’t work to give him a call. The washer did not work. How can you schedule service, tell them you will be there between certain hours and never show up? Nor call and inform the person you have waiting on you , service would be delayed...... and now you don't answer the phone. How do you run a successful company? What home depot should inform those purchasing any type of warranty is tell them how badly your service is. HORRIBLE!
