Our recently purchased house was in need of remodel to bring it up to date and functional. Dereck was very respectful, attentive and willing to bounce around ideas. Karissa, his wife, helped me greatly to bring colors, patterns and textures into the project that I would have never imagined. We worked with Dereck and Karissa thru covid and some very difficult times to create a simply exceptional home. As a Professional Engineer I can be difficult to work with, and my expectations are always high. Dereck met all my expectations with grace.
