My experience was very good! The lady there always makes me feel welcome and comfortable whether I get a hearing test or when she explained how the tech works to balance the hearing aides!!!
Janet was fantastic! Easygoing and pleasant to talk to. Very easy process to complete and she explained everything.
Very professional appointment. Explained what how and why to me from the reason for exam to the new hearing aids Demonstrated the new hearing aids and advantage to my pair. Cleaned my hearing aids and talked over future for me Very pleasant appointment.
I’m so glad I went. Very nice setting and Janet is wonderful. She was very thorough and eased my concerns about my hearing!!!
