Grace was helpful & knowledgeable about hearing aids & specifically with Oticon
Louis is very professional and took his time explaining the process.
The hearing aid specialist who had been working in that capacity for 12 years, was excellent because he answered all questions completely, and was friendly regardless of my difficulty hearing him; he repeated everything over as many times as necessary to help me understand my hearing issue. I am surprised by how much the hearing aids magnify sound, so I will return to have a volume adjustment, and I appreciate their repeating that they would work with me as many times as it takes to make it exactly right for me.
