Unprofessional and very rude. Refuse service to my 93-year-old grandfather because he couldn't produce a drivers license. The nursing home scheduled an appointment, and nursing home staff drove him down in one of their marked vans. HearingLife Staff were rude to both us and the nursing home staff, not to mention, cruel to my grandfather who just wants to be able to hear better. Not the way we should treat our war vets.
