The receptionist was friendly and efficient. I was very impressed with Shannon’s knowledge as I had a lot of questions and she answered all of them patiently. This is the first time I’ve worn over the ear hearing aids and wasn’t aware that after you are tested and your new hearing aids are programmed, you just put them on and walk out of the office.
