I was contacted to make an appointment from the office in Sioux Falls. I stated that I didn’t think my insurance would cover the visit. She took my insurance information but never called me back. I made the 20 mile trip in the middle of my day only to find out that my insurance was not accepted. I feel this is unacceptable from a professional office. The audiologist was very nice and professional.
The staff at HearingLife were awesome! They treated me with respect and were very kind. My results were explained to me in a way that I understood. My only complaint is that I had to wait in the waiting room for half an hour for the audiologist to see me, but that was because he was assisting another patient. Thank you for everything, HearingLife!
