This location has a wonderful receptionist and audiologist. I was very happy with their services however when I asked if they took my insurance they said yes. When asked what my insurance covered for the hearing aide's she replied that my insurance only provided me with a discount not hearing aide coverage. When I asked to see what the insurance sent them or to receive a printout that was sent they said that they didn’t have the communication.
