Outstanding service professional by all considerations. Very knowledgeable
They are always there when I need an adjustment, after a month and a half of having the Hearing Aides my left one went out completely it wouldn’t work. I’ve tried everything to repair it and it wouldn’t pair so I made an appointment went in. I was really upset thinking they sold me refurbished stuff or something and they don’t sell refurbished it’s all brand new so he took a look at it and it was simple as could be the speaker wire went out and was in a matter of five minutes he fixed it made adjustments. Excellent hearing exam. He updated my hearing aids, discussed situations where I had problems, and made suggestions to help me hear better in some circumstances.
Staff is very helpful and kind! Always learn something about my hearing aids!
