Steve is a pleasure to meet. He is very patient and knowledgeable. I really feel listened to when I am here.
The staff is very friendly and helpful. They got me into an appt real quick. They worked with me to get my hearing aid to a more comfortable level for me.
After I made my last payment on my hearing aides I started having more problems with my old hearing aides. My warranty ended. Was told I needed a new pair. It would cost me $5;000.00 for a new pair. Just paid off $4;000.00 on a limited income. Too expensive for me.
