She was very personable and professional.
I am Health Care Power of Attorney for my mother-in-law, who is a client of Hearing Life in Concord, NC. After pulling the tube away from the earpiece several times, the audiologist suggested a new earpiece of softer material with a pull tab built in. She took an impression of mom's ear, the earpiece was custom made, and once installed, it is both much more comfortable and more secure. Kudos to Hearing Life!
