Beware of this practice. I went there because they participated in my insurance. The audiologist told me that my insurance didn't cover the newer technology and that she would recommend that I purchase the newer technology without going through my insurance. I guess she didn't plan on my insurance calling to remind me of the cut off date to use my benefit.....I told insurance that I had already purchased hearing aids without going through insurance because they didn't cover my hearing aids. Beware of them, they gave me me a lot of bad service. And told me my hearing aids only had1 year warranty. They were a 3 year warranty I would never tell anyone to go there.I wised up and went to another hearing life I'm getting excellent care now.
Very good experience. Very through exam.
Everyone is so welcoming! It feels comfortable and not business like at all. I enjoy going there.
