When this business was known as Optimal Hearing they were the most responsible, professional and patient friendly group in the Low Country, affording me the ability to purchase three upgraded hearing aids over the past ten years. Unfortunately they were recently purchased by "Hearing Life", a much larger company. The personal service I had come to expect went out the door and the professional responsiveness no longer exists.
