A dog chewed one of my daughter's ear mold right before Christmas, and Chris and the team helped us in a pinch (we live in another state) on Christmas Eve. The receptionist Marcie and Audiologist Chris ((30 + years of experience in his field)) were friendly, professional and thoroughly explained all the aspects of my hearing issues. He took as much time as I needed to understand everything. I never felt rushed. They showed genuine concern for my wellbeing.
