The receptionist Sadie and Audiologist Chris ((30 + years of experience in his field)) were friendly, professional and thoroughly explained all the aspects of my hearing issues. He took as much time as I needed to understand everything. I never felt rushed. They showed genuine concern for my wellbeing. There was No Charge for the consultation and hearing test that was needed prior to my decision to update to newer hearing aids. That was definitely a money saver for me.
