The young doctor who tested me was a very sweet and patient person, highly recommend this place to anyone
Dr. Lonnie Wong was very patient as well as helpful in testing my elderly father’s hearing and explaining the results to him in a way that he could understand. Likewise, she assisted him in trying on the various hearing aid models plus fine-tune them to his needs. Dr. Lonnie was also very knowledgeable in suggesting and describing other models that could remedy my father’s hearing issues. Highly recommend Dr. Lonnie at the Arcadia branch!
I felt the hearing test was complete. Time was spent on readjusting my hearing aids to the new changes.
