the receptionist was friendly and professional but the technician was aloof and disinterested with my concerns. I left the office feeling that I had been treated poorly.
I am posting this for my Ma, Gloria Lookabaugh. We are always greeted with kindness and smiles. We aren't too happy with their schedule change of having to go in the PM hours when it's time for just a cleaning, we have always made all appointments for the AM hours, as that's when we are feeling our best.
They are always able to help me sometimes they Even guide me on the phone on what I can do or need to do
