The person who always calls for my husband to come in to get his hearing aids checked Has been told by my husband and myself numerous times that he will call when needed She can’t follow directions Please stop calling
My experience was less than stellar. The person we were to see was 25 minutes late in arriving when they had already cancelled our appointment the week before. I wish I had asked better questions on the front end to save everyone time. The audiologist or whatever his title was made snide remarks about the testing our previous person did and tried to use what I felt were scare tactics to get us to buy some outrageously priced cost plan and hearing aides. I am very disappointed with the level of service I received from HearingLife in Joliet, IL. Throughout my interactions with this office, I experienced a lack of professionalism that was both concerning and unacceptable—especially given that hearing aids are a significant medical-related purchase.
