I was very pleased with the service I received. Paul was very friendly and knowledgeable. I have had them for over a day and I like them better than my old hearing aids. I like that I can go in if I have any questions or if I need help with them also.
Paul Wampler (Hearing Instrument Specialist) performed more extensive hearing tests than had been done previously as I stated it had been a while since my last auditory exam. He fitted me with an upgrade to my previous hearing aids that seem to be performing better.
Best place to help me replace my hearing aids. Staff are very polite. Thank you paul for your help.

Laid out my hearing loss very clearly, and said exactly what I could expect from every level of hearing aid they sell, along with some competitor brands.
