Joy did a great job. She explained her testing and then the hearing aids I purchased today quite well. Chelsea also did great as the receptionist. Hearing aid prices are outrageous tho. I paid $4400 for a mid-level set. I've given less for a Prius this century. I live off my Social Security. My insurance doesn't cover any of the cost. Sad. But it's so good to hear Jeopardy loud and clear tonight.
Everything was very efficient and courteous!!!
They were very helpful in getting my hearing aid fixed.
Service was super,from entry to the visit. Joy is a fine detailed person, knows her business very well. Im please to be able to find a knowledgeable in deph to help me with my hearing problem.
