I was fitted for hearing aids years ago but could never get one to fit into my left ear. Very narrow pediatric size ear canal and very curvy. Tried everything they could to address the problem. Couldn't even get a custom mold to work. So I just settled on wearing one hearing aid. I tried so hard to get used to it but it was extremely uncomfortable so I stopped wearing it. Joy did a great job. She explained her testing and then the hearing aids I purchased today quite well. Chelsea also did great as the receptionist. Hearing aid prices are outrageous tho. I paid $4400 for a mid-level set. I've given less for a Prius this century. I live off my Social Security. My insurance doesn't cover any of the cost. Sad. But it's so good to hear Jeopardy loud and clear tonight.
Everything was very efficient and courteous!!!
They were very helpful in getting my hearing aid fixed.
