First appointment with Ian Anderson. Good appointment we discussed, at length, switching to different hearing aids that are inserted into the ear canal with nothing worn over the ear. Ian was professional and knowledgeable in regards to my hearing aids and new ones. I decided to purchase the new hearing aids and will return for follow up appointments as necessary.
You are lucky to have Ian as an audiologist there. So glad he figured out why my hearing aids weren't giving me the sound I needed. He also recommended several other things that have improved my hearing immensely. Top notch service!!
I had a hearing test and adjustment done by Ian on Monday. I was very pleased with the service and Ian explained the adjustments and made sure that I was comfortable with my hearing aids. I plan on returning for my next hearing test with Ian after the start of next year.
