I am very pleased with Hearing Life. Technology has improved the hearing aids. The staff seem well trained in the product. And encourage questions and offer help.
I need an appointment because one of my hearing aids had stoped working, I thought! The receptionist worked me in that same day. After I arrived she took my aid and cleaned it and put in new wax things and it started to work again. She then offered to cancel my appointment which saved me some money. I really appreciate her doing this for me. Thank you so much.! !

Mary was very sweet and helpful, she did everything she could do to meet my needs. Tina was very helpful, as well, and is very efficient, as well as being very friendly and personable to those of us who come in for help. I am grateful for their being there for me when I have needs regarding hearing aids and new products available.
