I just want you to know that I have just got the Oticon intent Hearing Aids at Hearing Life and Sheena Mathes is the lady who helped me get introduced to this wonderful hearing system. I’ve never heard better. I am so so happy with these Hearing Aids. This is my second round of Hearing Aids. These are the most up-to-date ones and I can even hear people in the car. I highly recommend them thank you thank you very much Sheena! You helped me so much!
***UPDATE2 After 2.5 years I am still totally satisfied with my hearing aids and their excellent customer support. Also lifetime supplies provided free of charge and they don’t charge for periodic routine maintenance and cleaning of your hearing aids. I go back once a year for a hearing test and they update the hearing aids to adjust for more gradual hearing loss. No charge. Being aware I have a hearing problem. The staff at hearing life has made the transition a lot easier. I was nervous, a little scared ,( realizing the problem was worse then I realized it), the staff has been top notched through it all . 5 stars seems a little too low to rate the experience, and knowledge hearing life brings. .
A perfect experience from start to finish Specialist Sheena Mathes did a great job with my hearing test and providing me with the correct choice for my hearing These hearing aids are fantastic Small , lightweight and yiu don’t even notice them . I highly suggest before you purchase another brand to go see Specialist Sheena and see the HearingLife difference
