Very courteous and professional service. Hearing test was thorough and the results were explained to me in detail.
The hearing aid specialist I met with was extremely knowledgeable about hearing loss not only because of his training but because he wears hearing aids himself. He thoroughly explained to me the results of my hearing test in order to suggest the best hearing aid for my particular hearing loss. And there was no hard sell!
