Nikki was very thorough and explained my audiogram in great detail. We also tested multiple hearing aids and different tuning settings to find the right fit for my hearing deficiencies.
Dr Nicole is caring and very competent. She helped me with my hearing aid that was not fitting because of my very narrow ear canal. She made the aid fit nicely and adjusted the volume to be comfortable for both ears, based on a comprehensive hearing test that she conducted for both, words and sounds. Thanks Nicole and hearing life.
