My first two appointments warranted 5 stars 4 years ago but after that it was down hill from there. This recent review is 1 star only because I had to rate to post. But it should be 0!!! Worst place ever! Do not go to this office… (Ballantyne Commons Park Pl way). Was a patient for over 4 years. Never saw the same person twice after second appointment. Staff turnover constantly. No one ever knew anything and always a new receptionist each time who was always learning the ropes. Then they started only opening one or two days ... read more

It appears the complimentary hearing test was not provided as advertised. Despite providing insurance information during the initial phone call and traveling a considerable distance for the appointment, the test was unavailable due to insurance limitations. This situation raises concerns regarding the accuracy of the promotional material and the overall organizational efficiency of the office.
This was our first experience with HearingLife and we could not have been more pleased. Those we spoke to on the phone and the office staff were professional and very personable. We're looking forward to working closely with them in the future.
