Hearing exam took 1 hour 45 minutes where all similar tests I've had in the past took no longer than 30 minutes. I felt as if the employee was dragging everything out and keeping me there for no apparent reason. I can't fully explain what occurred, but finally told him I was leaving and got up and left. I had an eery feeling the entire time I was there. The employee had only been there a month, but assured me he had been licensed for ten years. I will never go back.
Hearing Life has extended hours in Ballantyne. I am very glad that I have had good care. My hearing test today was very thorough. My new custom setting makes it more comfortable in a large setting.
It wasn't a good place I had driven a long way only to get told they couldn't do my hearing test because of wax in my ear.
