Desk clerk claimed there was No Records for my husband's account. Been going there for over 10 yrs. I called identified myself and the young man hung up on me. Obviously he needs customer service training. Will NEVER return to this office. TERRIBLE..JOLIET ILL OFFICE
Find another place. They have the worst service. At least in the Waukegan, Il. area. Two years later they are still not adjusted right. They tweek something. Say see how this works. Then set an appointment for 6 months. I call back a day later and say the NEW problem I am having. I hear we can adjust that on my next visit. I just had our 50th class reunion. Bought accuquest hearing aids about 5 years ago ,worked ok ,had them checked from time to time the two lady,s that were there were very good,the lady that did the test and checking retired and another person replaced her.went to have them checked inone wasn,t working ,told me I need new one,s and charged me 100 dollars to fix .went back about a month later to get one checked,went into the office told her what I thought was wrong,well she didn't even check it,just told me I needed new ones ,she was more intrested in selling m... read more
Yes, you have an I.T. specialist named Tad Mrozowski, who attempted to contact me about some local computer help here in Bluffton, SC for, whom I assume is a friend or relative. I do not answer my phone when I am busy with a customer and asked him to leave me a message. this must have incensed him, because he then slammed me on social media in a public forum because he was unhappy that I asked him to leave a message.
