After having to wait two months for an appointment at another facility to be fitted for a hearing aid, I decided to give AccuQuest a try. I had an appointment scheduled immediately. I was there the following day and met Jenna at the front desk. She is very friendly, making one feel at home. I then met with Al, the Hearing Aid Specialist, Al is very knowledgeable about selecting the proper hearing product for your needs. horribke customer service at the Dover location! Jeff Hinkle is rude to clients and their spouses. They do not stand behind their product and if something goes wrong with thief hearing devices, they blame the patient, the company that manufactured the device, everyone but themselves. The front desk staff is very uncooperative and rude. I attempted several times to get my husbands records and was put off and lied to on several occasions. The gentleman who did my hearing test was pushy and invasive. All I wanted was a hearing test, which I had an Rx for, he grilled me for 20 minutes about why I needed the test and then tried to push "his" doctors on me numerous times. I had a Rx. I felt like asking him if he was getting a kick back.
DON'T GO THERE!!!!! I have been receiving junk mail from these people for over 2 years, each time calling and asking to be removed from their mailing list. They don't care, they keep mailing. Each time they just say, well pass it on to someone that might could use it. That will NEVER happen and I will NEVER go to them for help. If they cannot do something simple like remove me from a mailing list how competent can they be?
One of the most self centered, egotistical, uncaring doctors I have met. I called his office for an emergent problem and he never called back. I was having an allergic reaction. He never called to see how I was doing. I left 3 messages for him with his answering service because I couldn't get his office to answer. I stopped seeing him and should have sued him for neglect of his patient. His main treatment is of military PTSD.
Jeanne Sanders is very knowledgable and a pleasure to do business with. Her expertise has really helped with my hearing condition. I would recommend Come Hear Hearing Center to anyone. Earle
This place is so nice, I took my Grandmother in for a Hearing test and found out that we were all right she really did have a major hearing loss. Now she has the cutest little Hearing aide and is so happy she hears everything on the first try. And the Staff at Avada is great they check up on us and make sure everything is working great, they really do as they say and stay with you every step of the way! Would Refer them to any one I know!
