Kurt went above and beyond in an assessment to ensure my hearing aids are working to give me the best hearing experience. He identified previous things not working in my favor, completing another hearing test and gave me valuable information and changing the domes to make the hearing aids work better for my needs. He explained so many things I had not heard from other providers to ensure the best success for hearing better!
