This business took advantage of my elderly mother, charging her a hidden \$500 restock fee after giving the hearing aids a week long trial. Never once did they indicate to her this fee. She thought she was signing a CARE card renewal. Conversations with the company were not professional, nor did they attempt to make this right for my 83 year old mother. Do NOT use this company.
