We had a cousin in town from Los Angeles here for a family reunion this weekend. On Friday at 4pm he broke a piece of his hearing aide and was devastated. We called and talked to Michelle who was so kind and helpful and told us to come right over. Chad fixed our cousin’s hearing aide quickly and he was so kind and professional.
