Helpfull friendly and willingly provided good information.
I started with Chad when he was in the St. Cloud office of hearing life. I felt completely comfortable with him. He was down to earth and never pressured me to buy anything other than what I wanted. Just fantastic customer service. When hearing life transferred him to the Willmar office I followed him there even thobit is a 70 mile drive one way. I wasn't going to start over with a new audiologist even tho there is an office 10 miles away. I was staying with Chad for the great customer service he provided. I highly recommend... read more
