I started with Chad when he was in the St. Cloud office of hearing life. I felt completely comfortable with him. He was down to earth and never pressured me to buy anything other than what I wanted. Just fantastic customer service. When he life transferred him to the Willmar office I followed him there even thobit is a 70 mile drive one way.
