They know I rely on them for my business printing. One day, when their large format printer was being repaired, they contacted me to let me know *just in case* I had a print deadline so I could make other arrangements if need be. They didn't have to do that. Nobody does that anymore. Above and beyond. A true neighborhood business. 10/10 recommend.
