Update - a year after my review below, they respond yesterday. I never got my money and gave up. I pay them hundreds of dollars a year for this account and get zero return on the money they make it impossible for me to get. Taking a year to respond reinforces how they operate. We set up self directed ROTH accounts with Accuplan and funded them with money from other ROTH accounts. We decided to add additional funds and were under a deadline. Ben and his team did a miraculous job of getting all documents approved and money transferred. I have been working with Ben and Accuplan for many years with a self directed SEP account and they have been very helpful and responsive.
