Accuplan Benefit Servicers administers my self-directed IRA with AET. I have recently received first class "white glove" service from a certain team member by the name of Lorraine Catiis. She has gone above and beyond my expectations and responds to my needs promptly and professionally. I am extremely pleased with the service of this team member and my overall impression of Accuplan as the administrative agent of my self-directed IRA. I feel like I am in very good hands. We set up self directed ROTH accounts with Accuplan and funded them with money from other ROTH accounts. We decided to add additional funds and were under a deadline. Ben and his team did a miraculous job of getting all documents approved and money transferred. I have been working with Ben and Accuplan for many years with a self directed SEP account and they have been very helpful and responsive. If you are looking for some self directed options for your retirement funds and need a custodian, Accuplan does a great job.
Working with Ben was a delight. He has always been available at drop of a hat and has given me whatever time I needed. Any questions I had he answered. Any guidance I have asked for he provided.
