The last time I tried to get my money out, it took 10 1/2 months. This time I am a month and a half into it and can't get anywhere. Now I am trying to figure out what government agencies I need to report them to. I can only guess they have a Ponzi scheme or something else going on as we have repeatedly done what we were told we needed to do to get our money but to no avail.
I just hired an attorney. Accuplan will NOT release funds that were requested months ago. . Please use any other company but don't use Accuplan. They don't even answer the phone, you have to leave a message. I am guessing that they don't have the money. I am about to reach out to the BBB and I will continue to write honest reviews in the hopes that I can spare other people the horrible experience that I have been going through for many months. Worst experience of my life. This company has brought me to tears. I have been trying for a couple of months to withdraw some equity from my accounts. My dad died recently and they won’t even let me transfer the account into my name. They are telling me that my Social Security number is incorrect but in fact it is the correct Social Security number.
