I strongly do not recommend Accu Mark. Their mailbox forwarding service has been a complete failure in my case. Two important letters have been missing for three months, and despite repeated messages, nothing has been resolved. My latest letter was delivered to their address, and I can verify that it was accepted by someone named Nevil at their office. Literally the worst experience I’ve ever had. Worker was insanely rude, spoke to people like they were idiots, dismissive, gossiping on the phone in front of other patients about people canceling last minute and giggling, I would give zero stars if I could. I’ll be reporting to my employer that they contract with a different facility, because this is a disgrace to healthcare here.
