Accumar built our hillside cable lift several years ago and has been maintaining it ever since. We are extremely happy with the lift and extremely happy with the service Accumar has given us. We have not noticed any difference with the change of ownership and anticipate we will continue to receive the high level of service we have received in the past.We would highly recommend them.
Accumar/High Bank Elevators are great to work with. They have the experience and knowledge to guide us through the sometimes arduous permiting and design. We now have a quick and safe way to the beach that will last for decades.
We installed a tram from Accumar just over 5 years ago - the magic of being able to get in the tram with dogs and stuff and ride through the trees is still as magical today as it was when it was first installed. The dogs excitedly run to the tram for their beach walks. I just love being able to stop 1/2 way down our slope and take photos of the whales eating the shrimp at the beach. This month I needed service on my tram, which is routinely exposed to harsh salt water-wind from Puget Sound. Jenny in the office alerted Graham and Fred and Fred and his help came out as soon as the parts came in and made the fix. These folks are not only very capable, but fine people too.
