Used to be a pretty useful tool but with the recent changes they have made to the production side of things I definitely would recommend finding a different alternative. You have to go back and forth between 3 different open browser tabs to order jobs, cant customize supplier list, and will spend four times as much time to order a job. It's supposed to be a time saver and more efficient but they have taken huge steps backwards. Would not recommend!!!

customer service is good. The program is really only great for storm chasers completing roofing projects. Not the best for siding or windows. Also, the price seems to sneek up over time so keep a careful watch on billing

I requested back in November to make some changes on my account to fulfill my business needs and it was not taken care of. I noticed after three months the changes were not addressed thinking it was taken care of. Late March I call the customer service line and the service request was resolved within minutes, great service over the phone! On April 2nd I email back on forth with the Account Service Director Paul Jentz on April 2 to get some sort of reimbursement on the service that was requested to be removed Back in November... read more
