Hoteliers: My Onity key machine was not working. I called Onity and they quoted me $3900 for a new system. I called Acculock asking for a new key machine and the lady asked me what is the issue. I told her the key pad isn’t working, she transferred me to the technician, John and he advised I purchase a key pad and overnight it (because my key machine wasn’t making any keys) for a total of $125!
