I have had two jobs done by Acculevel. They were fantastic on both of them, but they far exceeded my expectations on the second one. It was a house I had rehabbed and I was having trouble with an inspector. I had already paid for the work so I was worried about how responsive they would be, but I had nothing to worry about. They did everything I needed to follow up with the inspector and to answer his concern. I couldn't be more happy with them.
Our 192yr old house was bowling underneath in the crawlspace. Thought we were going to lose the house. Acculevel came in with steal beams and poles and were able to straighten and lift the floor for more stability. They also cleaned all the junk out from build up since 1833. A few treasures were also found. Thank you Oscar and Rafa for all the hard work you did. We feel Acculevel gave our 1833 home a much longer life.
Mitchell Sallmen was very informative and walked me through the slab jacking process. He was also very responsive on his quote and stayed in touch throughout the decision of what to do.
