We called Accuflo based on a referral and we did not have a good experience. We tried to give the company the benefit of the doubt. Their tech, Thomas, came out to fix our mini split. He informed us that he would need to come back the next week after doing some research on the problem. He never came back out. In fact, every time we called the office, he was always in an “area with no service.” We left messages with the office, and were told the tech would call us back.
