Don’t recommend. Husband went in and for some reason they aren’t billing our insurance even though it is covered by insurance and are taking money out of our bank account without permission and no one likes to answer or call back with the billing department.
I've come to this Urgent Care ever since they opened. They are the best Urgent Care in the Greater Cincinnati area, in my opinion. One time I came to them, and they immediately sent me to the hospital and refunded my money, when they could have kept it, after all I paid to be seen and I was, but that's why they're truly a cut above the rest when it comes to urgent care. I’ve been looking for a holistic practice for years and am thrilled with the experience, knowledge and care I’ve received from Keith Tenhundfeld, NP. I can get an appointment quickly and am not rushed to get out of the office. His explanation on test results, treatments and concepts for healthy living is fantastic.
Very nice people work here and there willing to help any way they can
