Accu Care was suppose to pick up my mother who is on a wheel chair for a heart appointment. I scheduled it through Motive Care. The request was clear that she is on a wheel and she requires wheel chair assist because of the steps. The Dirver Michael refused pick her up once he was at my mom's house. He said "I am not setup for this" and just left. My brother offered to help but the driver was unwilling to wait and just left without offering any solution or asking his supervisor for assistance.
