Can't say enough good things about James and Accu Tax. Both business and personal Accu Tax has been my go-to for roughly 30+ years. Started w/Marlene and now with James I can recommend without question or hesitation.
The guy Jamie I think is great. Shelly the receptionist is a joke. You call to ask her something and you'll get a big sigh and a annoyed voice like you are bothering her. Speaking to people I have heard similar things about her. People I know have gone elsewhere due to her. I'm not sure if she's related to the owner or something but next year if she's still there I'll go elsewhere. The guy that works there is a 10 out of 10. Shelly is less then 0.
