fyi - if you have a problem with your return - you are out of luck - I found this out after I was called by his office that my return was rejected and he never called back. Then I found out this is common practice - the worst. He would not even call back to let me know to go somewhere else. After sharing my experience I found that others had the same problem - will not call back. Spread the word - this guy is cheap but you get what you pay for - hung out to dry.
This place is dirty. If you go bring hand sanitizer and gloves. They never answer calls.
Dr. Studdard is very good doctor. He is thorough in examinations. He takes the time to explain medications. He's very encouraging about my illness. GREAT bedside manners!!
A rip off artist!!! Was over charged and charged for parts that were it put on!!! There was to tobacco spit on my carpet that the owner must have spit ( he had a big wad in his mouth and was spitting all over the place while talking down to me) I deff would not let or his crack heads work on my lawn mower...
Had an emergency and the owner came right away to evaluate the situation.
My wife and I have personally worked with John and his staff over the last three years and have been very pleased with the service we received. Our home burned to the ground on Thanksgiving 2010 and John was there to help us every step. John made sure my family had a place to live and immediate cash to cover expenses. We've been Jon's customer since 1986. We have never had a problem. I have shopped other companies over the years and have yet to get a quote for better all round coverage.
I really enjoyed working with John. He was very nice and personable - he took the time to explain the auto policy in detail and made me feel comfortable with my purchase. I would highly recommend John and his team.
