New ownership in 2015. Had good working relationship with previous owner, but new owner stormed off the job, told me I wasn't a nice person (because I was hovering and asking too many questions) and he didn't need my business. They do have the necessary plumbing skills, but very unprofessional. No concern for customer satisfaction. Leave them alone, don't ask any questions (including cost estimate before work begins), and let them work completely unsupervised and you'll be good to go. I'm now looking for a new plumber.
I AM VERY SATISFIED TO HAVE DR.STUDDARD AS MY PRIMARY PHYSICIAN... I HAS BEEN UNDER HIS CARE EVERY SINCE 2003...HE HAS ALWAYS THERE AT MY BESIDE WHEN I HAD THE PNEUMONIA IN 2004...THAT LEAD UP TO ME GETTING A FUNGUS ON BOTH OF MY LUNGS THAT NEARLY CLAIMED MY LIFE...AN HE IS STILL MY NUMBER ONE DOCTOR.....KEEP UP THE GOODWORK DR.STUDDARD....
