My wife and I were on our way home on Sunday October 6th at about 3:15pm around the road work done on the corner of Dilworth Drive and Leckie and we were waiting with a flagger holding us for an accu sweep sweeper. The sweeper proceeded to reverse closer and closer to my vehicle where I thought for sure he was going to hit me. I'm in building maintenance and got Accu-Sweep to clean our 3 parkades. They were flexible around my scheduling and they did a great job! Their foreman James was friendly and easy to work with. I recommend them!

We called to have them come sweep the road Infront of the job site and they never told us there was any minimum charge. They told us they charged by the hour. They charged us 2.5 hours when they were on site sweeping for 20-30 min and then they charged us a fuel surcharge as well as dump fee. The dirt that was collected was maybe a bobcat bucket worth and they charged us for a full truck load. When I called then they didn't seem to care. and were not willing to do anything about it. Do not use them

Specifically asked for a quote before we hired them and was told in person that there was no minimum service commitment and that we would be charged an hourly rate. The sweeper showed up an hour before the facility closed after we had to call to inquire where they were. Told me it would only take an hour to perform the service and was finished in less. Then received an invoice for 2.5 hours of work and when questioned, was told that it was the minimum charge. What complete rubbish. If we were paying for 2.5 hours then the sw... read more
