Had an inspection preformed this week by acu spec lost the 450k sale due to the lack of knowledge in relation to codes vs his opinion. Spoke directly with buyer which is a no no.... wrote in report things such as no carbon monoxide detector in home were code nor fire marchal requires that since the home is all electric and has no gas anywhere.
