I don’t usually leave reviews. But sometimes a company warrants it. The only person who answered the phone and wasn’t rude as hell was the machine sales person. Parts sales…downright nasty. Tech support…rude and accusatory. For reference I called and asked a few questions about my machines power issues and the conversation was crap from the half-mumbled hello when they answered the phone the first time. Maybe they are overworked. Either way this isn’t the way to treat people calling for help. Idk but I will definitely be buy... read more

I have 2 Accu seal 235 machines. Both purchased used from 3rd partys. On the first one, I was having an issue with the vacuum. I called tech support and Alex was able to help me over the phone to solve the issue and to figure ways to avoid further issues in the future. The second machine was purchased As Is with missing parts from a third party vendor. I had it repaired at Accu seal, repair was done in under a week and although the repair wasn't cheap it was a hell of a lot cheaper than buying a new one. Alex, Jackie, and th... read more
