These people are scammers. They charge your insurance company and then they try harassing you with the same bill. Threaten me with a lawsuit if i don’t pay an 100 dollars bill that was already paid by my insurance. Just a bunch of money hungry people.
If I could give negative stars, I would. By far the absolute worst, not to mention the most unprofessional, medical lab experience. I’m receiving bills from over a year ago that I shouldn’t be receiving, they are too inept too run the correct insurance, and it genuinely seems like these people are just sending bills out without any kind of effort to make sure they’re doing their job. Realmente estoy aterrada me mandan un cobro donde ni siquiera estado nunca esta gente está loca que tenemos que hacer para parar todo esto me están cobrando y mandando cartas a mi casa esto es un acoso y estafa
This representatives at this lab are very unaware of what they are doing. They are harassing me for a payment that was paid to the provider that sent them the order. That has nothing to do with me. I will pay what I owe but not an outstanding balance. They are threating me with attorneys and court and that is unacceptable. They need to contact my doctor at the time which my insurance paid and not harass me for the money. Please do not get labs done here. Check with your insurance first before anything.
