HORRIBLE. Charged me thousands of dollars when it should have been covered under my insurance for an already stressful emergent situation. Impossible to reach.
Based on my experience, AccuReference Lab's billing practices are highly questionable. The company continues to pursue payment for thousands of dollars in charges that are actively disputed and that my medical provider has indicated should not be my responsibility. Rather than resolving the billing issue, AccuReference Lab continues to send notices and demand payment, which feels more like harassment than customer service. Accu Reference Lab should be ashamed! I went to an urgent care with active insurance and they did not once tell me that labs will not be covered. Come to find out they claimed the lab company is out of network months after my visit. This is unacceptable, patients have the right to know if providers/lab companies are in network before the appointment. Then they try to threaten you with lawsuit, which they actually did. I can’t wait for the day a lawsuit is file against them!
