Avoid this LAB, scammers, they should be shut down ! I received a bill for $2,000 dollars. My insurance tried to contact the number multiple times to resolve the issue no one answers the phone. They don’t take BCBS and won’t tell you you’re not in network. But will hit you with a bill at the end. There ‘s a no surprise act Law, I will be filing a complaint. This is a scam, money grab. Stay away. No health care professional should use this lab. I work in health care I will be telling all my fellow colleagues.
This place is awful. I was in an IOP program and they sent out urine tests to this place, next thing I know i get a letter in the mail saying I owe over 3,000$
